Description

You will translate product strategy into interaction flows and final designs, owning the end-to-end design process from research to implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive, accessible, and engaging designs for employee-facing experiences while ensuring brand consistency.
• Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes, and conduct user testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and technology partners to communicate design rationale and ensure accurate development implementation.
• Use data-driven insights from user research to inform, iterate, and refine designs throughout the Agile lifecycle.
• Participate in design critiques, providing constructive feedback and adhering to user-centered design methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design.
• Expertise in interaction and visual design for responsive websites, applications, and native mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Axure, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing design solutions on time.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design or a related discipline.
