Description

You will design end-to-end user experiences for enterprise onboarding and campus recruiting projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather UX requirements through direct collaboration and presentations with stakeholders.
• Execute end-to-end design processes, including user journey mapping and complex flow design.
• Create wireframes and low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions.
• Support the scaling of pilot programs across different business groups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX or User Experience Design (UED) roles.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end UX design workflows.
• Expertise in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies.
• Strong ability to map user journeys and complex user flows.
• Experience presenting design concepts and requirements to stakeholders.
• Background working on enterprise-level onboarding or recruiting projects.

Preferred Skills

• ANY GRADUATE education level.
