Responsibilities

• Lead design projects and manage design teams from initiation to completion.
• Gather requirements by interacting directly with stakeholders, clients, and users.
• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and create knowledge artifacts.
• Assess requirements and articulate design solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Participate in presales and case study creation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in UX design and leadership.
• Proficiency in experience design methodologies.
• Ability to create wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe XD.
• Strong knowledge of Sketch, Axure, and Figma.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies.
• Practical knowledge of usability testing techniques.
• Strong analytical ability to break down complex problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Finance or Banking industry, specifically with securities and banking products.
