You design intuitive, user-focused interfaces that elevate the usability and appeal of our SaaS product.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex product requirements and user needs into clean, modern design solutions.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to implement designs.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, component libraries, and style guides.
• Contribute ideas to improve product performance, accessibility, and design consistency.
• Balance pixel precision with practicality within an agile development cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in B2B SaaS or a tech startup.
• Mastery of Figma.
• Deep understanding of layout, color theory, typography, spacing, and responsive design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX capabilities across multiple platforms.
• Experience with Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication skills for sharing ideas and iterating based on feedback.
• Proven ability to work effectively in high-growth, fast-moving teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the dental, healthcare, or AI-driven product space.
• Familiarity with frontend development capabilities or design handoff tools.
