Description

Lead user experience design initiatives across the product development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply design thinking and human-centered principles to solve user problems.
• Execute journey mapping, ethnography, and usability research and testing.
• Build prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts.
• Perform visual QA to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
• Write user stories and manage requirements within a SAFe Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design.
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
• Hands-on experience with usability research and testing methodologies.
• Experience with wireframing and visual QA processes.
• Working knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology.
• Proficiency using Jira and Confluence for requirements tracking.
• Experience with journey mapping and ethnography.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
