You will drive design strategy and execution to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Break down business problems and collaborate with partners to deliver solutions.
• Define clear design directions by mapping the complete user journey.
• Operate independently to move projects from concept to delivery.
• Partner closely with UX Research and UX Writing teams to refine deliverables.
• Work within Agile practices to maintain project momentum.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in user experience design and strategy.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex design tasks.
• Experience translating business requirements into user-centric solutions.
• Strong understanding of user journey mapping.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to collaborate across UX disciplines including Research and Writing.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
• Background in interaction design and specialty retail.
