Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects and manage design teams.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, clients, and users.
• Create wireframes and visual designs using established experience design methodologies.
• Execute usability testing to ensure quality compliance.
• Break down complex problems to articulate clear design solutions and participate in presales.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in experience design methodologies, wireframing, and visual design.
• Strong command of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Sound understanding of frontend technologies.
• Experience with usability testing techniques.
• Ability to assess requirements and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving and solution design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Finance or Banking industry, specifically with securities and banking products.
