Conduct UX research and apply design principles to improve product usability, bridging the gap between insights and execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute UX research methodologies to inform product development decisions.
• Apply UI design principles to refine user interface elements.
• Develop functional prototypes to test user flows and interactions.
• Collaborate on UED processes to align research outcomes with design standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional UX research experience.
• Strong understanding of UI design principles.
• Proficiency in standard UX research methodologies.
• Experience working within UED processes.
• Ability to create functional prototypes for usability testing.
• Any graduate degree.
• Must be located in Michigan for in-person work and interviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams on UED implementation.
