You will lead user research strategies and methodologies to inform product development for automotive, aerospace, or aviation digital products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement user research strategies using diverse methodologies.
• Conduct and evaluate both quantitative and qualitative research.
• Perform usability studies and market research with users.
• Formulate specific, answerable, and practical research questions.
• Share research results quickly and effectively across Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer or UX Researcher.
• Mandatory experience in Automotive, Aerospace, or Aviation domains.
• Mandatory experience in Human Factors Engineering, Human Centered Design, or Human Computer Interaction.
• Proficiency in UX Research, User Experience, and User Interface Design.
• Experience conducting primary and secondary user research.
• Ability to function as a bridge across multiple disciplines to coordinate project delivery.
• Experience working on digital products and services for consumer and business applications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the German language.
• Experience with remote testing tools and software development lifecycles.
• Expertise in Digital Transformation.
