Description
You will lead UX strategy and design execution for enterprise digital platforms as an onsite client partner.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary design liaison to client stakeholders onsite to align design strategy with business goals.
- Define and champion UX strategies, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interaction models.
- Oversee a team of UX/UI designers, reviewing deliverables for quality and consistency across workstreams.
- Manage timelines, task prioritization, and resource planning within an agile environment.
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- 2+ years in a creative leadership role managing design teams or complex initiatives.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and design systems.
- Experience with FigJam, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Maze.
- Deep understanding of enterprise digital platforms, specifically in banking or fintech.
- Proven ability to implement accessibility best practices and enterprise design systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Las Vegas, NV.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working within regulated industries such as banking or healthcare.
- Previous experience in consulting or agency environments.
