Description

You will design intuitive interfaces and conduct user research to solve complex usability problems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify specific user needs and pain points.
• Develop user personas and detailed user journey maps.
• Design and prototype user interfaces that are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Execute usability testing and iterate on designs based on direct user feedback.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles, including information architecture and interaction design.
• Ability to translate user requirements into effective, intuitive designs.
• Solid foundation in user research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience.
