Description

You bridge design and engineering by building scalable design systems and high-fidelity interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set design requirements based on user research and internal team feedback.
• Maintain the design system, including documentation and component libraries.
• Collaborate with product engineers to ensure components meet design and interaction specifications.
• Modify existing designs to meet changing customer preferences and business needs.
• Present design concepts and product improvement opportunities to cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience across all design phases: user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS, and XD.
• Proven experience building design systems, component libraries, or UI Kits.
• Ability to collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Strong skills in copywriting and interaction design.
• Ability to communicate and persuade stakeholders around design concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Information Technology, design field, or equivalent work experience.
