Description

Lead product portfolio research to influence design decisions from discovery through development. Own the research strategy, execute rigorous studies, and scale the UX research practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop research strategies aligned with product portfolio objectives and OKRs.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative studies, including heuristic reviews, click tests, competitive analyses, surveys, eye tracking, and usability testing.
• Create and maintain Customer Journey Maps and Service Blueprints to identify user pain points.
• Communicate actionable insights to stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Scale the UX research practice by contributing to ResearchOps and building necessary infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in applied UX research at large enterprises or highly matrixed organizations.
• Degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience with remote unmoderated and moderated testing tools such as UserZoom, UserTesting, or Userlytics.
• Proficiency with analytical dashboards and tools including Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to set objectives and deliver on time.
• Ability to manage research software, hardware, and eye-tracking equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
