You will design and execute content for digital experiences, including the company website, mobile app, emails, text messages, and push notifications.

Responsibilities

• Create content by analyzing business requirements and applying human-centered design principles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and design teams to solve member problems and meet business goals.
• Develop content strategies using SEO best practices, accessibility guidelines, and brand style guides.
• Execute content and layout within Figma or MS Word, completing projects within a 1 to 7-day timeframe.
• Manage high-volume workflows with quick turnaround requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UX writing or content design.
• Proficiency in Figma for content and layout creation.
• Experience using SEM Rush for keyword research.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and AP style.
• Proven ability to apply accessibility guidelines to digital content.
• Experience working with design teams and subject matter experts.

Preferred Skills

• UX writing certification.
• Intermediate knowledge of Figma, design systems, or content management systems.
• Experience in financial or insurance services.
