Description

You will design and develop user interfaces for web-based applications, owning the visual and code implementation from concept to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create visual designs using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Write clean, cross-browser compatible HTML and CSS source code.
• Implement responsive web designs following usability principles.
• Manage content through various content management systems.
• Collaborate with team members to solve analytical and design problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web design, user interface design, or interaction design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience writing HTML and CSS for cross-browser development.
• Working knowledge of code frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Experience with content management systems including TeamSite, Drupal, WordPress, or Liferay.
• Understanding of responsive web design and usability principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sketch and basic JavaScript or jQuery.
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.0, W3C guidelines, and SEO.
• Knowledge of information architecture, user-centered design, and Agile/Scrum processes.
