You will design digital experiences and functional solutions for public touchpoints, social media, and marketing campaigns.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create visual designs and new AEM components to enhance user experiences across digital properties.
• Translate business strategies into design opportunities and lead digital initiatives.
• Mentor junior designers, direct their work, and provide productive critique on deliverables.
• Collaborate with UX leads and business partners to ensure smooth handoffs to development via stories and requirements.
• Execute rapid prototyping using agile methodology and conduct quality assurance on all creative deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI design and digital experience concepting.
• Proficiency with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience working with components in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
• Expertise in industry-standard software including Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and InVision.
• Proven ability to translate UI designs into technical requirements for developers.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and practical design knowledge.
• Experience leading creative input sessions, client presentations, and status updates.
• Ability to use data-driven approaches to analyze the competitive landscape.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AfterEffects and Infogram.
