You will design end-to-end, human-centered digital solutions that align user needs with business goals across the entire customer journey.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Leverage design-thinking, service design, and research methods to create strategic ideas that influence product roadmaps.
• Translate business, technical, and user requirements into accessible, inclusive, and compliant omni-channel experiences.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor marketplace trends to inform the design process.
• Deliver validated experiences through continuous experimentation, testing, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams within an agile environment to integrate design across the full release cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in experience design or UX architecture.
• Proficiency in human-centered design methods including design-thinking and service design.
• Experience conducting research, creating personas, and developing story maps.
• Ability to design using service blueprints and established design systems.
• Experience working within agile delivery frameworks.
• Skill in mapping product charters and identifying key performance indicators.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional design sessions to align stakeholders on user pain points.
