Description

You will plan and design user experiences for customer-facing products and digital interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX design efforts across digital products and user journeys.
• Translate business requirements into customer journeys and cohesive product experiences.
• Create wireframes, interaction models, prototypes, and visual design specifications.
• Collaborate with Agile Product Teams to deliver successful product experiences.
• Propose data-informed solutions to user problems.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in UX or digital product design.
• At least one year of experience in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Abstract, or Marvel.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and UX best practices.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Familiarity with design thinking frameworks and workshop methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Service Design, Experience Architecture, or Information Architecture.
