Required Qualifications:
Must-Haves

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design or related fields
• 7+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams
• Proven ability to influence product and engineering decisions in cross-functional settings without direct authority
• Experience working in Agile, Kanban, and other delivery models
• Experience writing user stories and jobs-to-be-done that clearly articulate business and user needs and define acceptance criteria
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered tools, such as generative AI, research synthesis tools, or automation platforms, to enhance design efficiency and insight generation
• Target Profiles:
  • UX Architect / UX Designer / Product Designer with 7+ years of experience
  • Candidates with payments experience, if available, because the role is listed as “Payments Experience”
  • Candidates with experience working closely with product, engineering, design, content, and user research
  • Candidates who can write user stories, jobs-to-be-done, and acceptance criteria
  • Candidates with AI-enabled design, research synthesis, or automation tool experience

Preferred / Highly Desired, Nice-to-Haves

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or another Engineering or Technical discipline
• 15 years of experience
• 10 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education
• ServiceNow developer certification highly desired
