Description

You will lead the design vision and user experience strategy for a large-scale digital transformation initiative in the logistics and transportation domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX strategy and experience architecture for logistics-focused digital platforms.
• Act as the primary UX contact with client stakeholders, aligning business goals with user experience outcomes.
• Translate complex workflows into simple onboarding journeys that reduce friction.
• Design and guide scalable dashboards providing clear visibility into operations and shipment status.
• Establish UX principles, interaction models, and experience frameworks aligned to product vision.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI driven UX design, product design, or experience architecture roles.
• Proven experience leading UX for complex enterprise or B2B platforms, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong expertise in simplifying complex onboarding flows and form-heavy experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to design data-heavy dashboards that are intuitive and actionable.
• Hands-on experience with design thinking methodologies, journey mapping, and service blueprints.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills for senior-level workshops.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and FigJam.
• Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and usability heuristics.
