You will own the end-to-end UX strategy and experience architecture for logistics-focused digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and experience architecture for digital platforms.
• Act as the primary UX contact for client stakeholders, aligning business goals with UX outcomes.
• Plan and facilitate design thinking workshops and discovery sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive onboarding journeys that reduce friction.
• Define and evolve shipment visibility experiences, including real-time tracking and alerts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI driven UX design, product design, or experience architecture.
• Proven experience leading UX for complex enterprise or B2B platforms, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong expertise in simplifying complex onboarding flows and form-heavy experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to design data-heavy dashboards that are actionable and user-centric.
• Hands-on experience with design thinking methodologies, journey mapping, and service blueprints.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills for senior-level workshops.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and FigJam.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, usability heuristics, and inclusive design principles.
