Description

You will lead the end-to-end design process from user research through high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research using surveys, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to define product functionality.
• Maintain design consistency by building and adhering to design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate with PMs and developers to ensure efficient design-to-development handoffs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a portfolio covering web and mobile platforms.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Proficiency in UX design principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices.
• Strong understanding of interface design, navigation, typography, color, and layout.
• Familiarity with web design standards, including CSS and JavaScript libraries.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience working within Agile workflows.
• Ability to present and defend design rationale based on business needs and user goals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consulting and managing ambiguity.
• Experience engaging with senior-level clients.
