Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and user interface design through detailed analysis and prototyping.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements.
• Design wireframes and mockups following UX best practices.
• Develop user stories and use cases aligned with business analysis standards.
• Re-engineer business processes and improve software process flows.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business and system requirements documentation.
• 8+ years of experience with SDLC and development team collaboration.
• 8+ years of experience in business process re-engineering.
• 8+ years of experience developing user stories and use cases.
• 8+ years of experience designing mockups and wireframes.
• 5+ years of experience facilitating communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing and organization.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Figma or comparable UX design tools.
• 3+ years of experience ensuring WCAG accessibility compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Modern Requirements, Atlassian Jira, or working with TEA/state education agencies.
• Background in early childhood care and education.
