Description

You will architect and govern enterprise-grade design systems, leading the adoption of atomic, composable, and responsive design principles for adaptive, multi-device experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern enterprise-grade design systems, including component ecosystems and usage standards.
• Advance design token architectures to enable theming, automation, and personalization at scale.
• Design high-fidelity, accessible interfaces with strong usability and visual clarity.
• Partner with engineering and data/AI teams to prototype, validate, and ship intelligent UX features.

Required Skills

• 8-11 years of relevant experience in UX/UI and design systems.
• Expertise in UX Design with experience designing end-to-end user experiences.
• Deep understanding of design systems thinking, including modular and token-driven system architecture.
• Proven ability to embed accessibility and inclusive design across all UX layers.
• High-fidelity interface craft and collaboration with engineering for pixel-perfect execution.
• Proficiency in Figma.

Preferred Skills

• UI Design experience.
