Own the end-to-end translation of user experience strategies into functional, accessible front-end code for mobile and web applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop user maps, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
• Convert designs into clean, responsive HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular code using AI-powered tools like Claude Code.
• Maintain and contribute to the UI component library and design system within a GitHub repository.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to advocate for user needs and ensure WCAG 2.0 / WCAG AA accessibility compliance.
• Communicate interaction requirements effectively to bridge the gap between design and development.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of mobile and web work.
• 2-4 years of experience working specifically on design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Practical knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular.
• Experience with AI-powered design-to-code platforms (e.g., Claude Code).
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 / WCAG AA) and responsive design principles.
• 1-2 years in a senior or lead role within a design system team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing code within a GitHub repository.
• Any Graduate degree.
