Description

You will lead the UX design function in India, aligning regional design quality and processes with global leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build a UX center of excellence in India by implementing processes to internationalize local teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact between US UX leadership and India design operations to ensure collaboration.
• Manage and mentor mid-level and junior designers to drive continuous skill elevation and leadership development.
• Coordinate UX standards, policies, and tools to maintain a high-quality bar across product features.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term product strategies and organizational UX research reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UX design.
• 4+ years in a management role as a Director of UX or Design.
• Proven experience in UX architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor design teams across global time zones.
• Strong technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with global engineering teams.
• High proficiency in experimentation and user testing.
• Ability to present and promote design thinking to stakeholders through a professional portfolio.
• Experience delivering major product features and building scalable design processes.
