Description

Lead UX/UI strategy and execution for greenfield projects and complex technical workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects and execute UX/UI strategies from the front.
• Design UX and UI strategies specifically for Salesforce core clouds.
• Conduct user research, usability studies, and acquire data to inform design decisions.
• Create personas and journey maps based on research insights.
• Define and prioritize complex design problems to deliver simple, effective solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of UX Design experience.
• Proven track record of leading large projects.
• Experience designing UX and UI strategy for Salesforce core clouds.
• Minimum of 2 past Salesforce-related projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Principle, Overflow, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Expertise in user research, usability studies, and persona development.
• Ability to design for complex workflows tailored to technical users.
• Strong communication skills for sharing knowledge with customers and teams.

Preferred Skills

• Service Cloud UX experience.
• Salesforce UX Designer Credential Certification.
