Description

Lead the end-to-end design process to solve complex user experience challenges.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create annotated wireframes, visual design comps, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Execute user research, synthesizing inputs into actionable design principles.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on results.
• Build and refine design systems with atomic components and implementation guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering to validate design ideas and ensure technical feasibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design (interaction, information architecture, or visual).
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of interface design, typography, color, layout, and navigation.
• Knowledge of CSS, JavaScript libraries, and mobile app frameworks.
• Experience applying WCAG accessibility requirements.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and act as a strategic partner.
• Experience with remote testing tools and full-cycle user research.
• Strong communication skills for client engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a consulting environment.
