Description

You will lead UX/UI strategy and execution for greenfield projects and complex technical workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale design projects from strategy through to execution.
• Define and prioritize design problems to develop simple solutions for complex workflows.
• Conduct user research and usability studies to acquire actionable user data.
• Translate research insights into personas, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs.
• Communicate design decisions and knowledge effectively to customers and internal teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proven experience designing UX and UI strategy specifically for Salesforce core clouds.
• At least 2 completed Salesforce-related design projects.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Principle, Overflow, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience designing for technical customers with complex workflows.
• Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and persona development.
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud UX.
• Salesforce UX Designer Credential Certification.
