Description

Lead UX activities and design teams on complex programs, translating user needs and business objectives into holistic digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor product design teams while providing guidance on design processes and project management.
• Manage and maintain atomic design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from conducting user research to validating final designs.
• Plan, monitor, and analyze experience-related KPIs to inform design iterations and validate product releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into UX specifications and design outputs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in User Experience Design, User Interface Design, and Visual Design.
• Proficiency with Figma and tokenized atomic design systems.
• Strong background in ethnographic/design research and usability testing.
• Experience in Service Design and managing complex product development processes.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management within Digital Transformation Programs.
• Professional fluency in both Italian and English.
• Experience working in consultancy and agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with multi-national corporations across different sectors.
