Description

Lead the design of a state-of-the-art interface for an existing Equity, Strategy, and Commodity calculation system used to configure, monitor, and compute indices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, create personas, and design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups.
• Test and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, guidelines, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a UX designer working on web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular to facilitate developer communication.
• A portfolio demonstrating your design process and completed projects.
• Bachelor's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an Agile development process.
