Description

You manage the execution and operational delivery of design system initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and track progress for design system initiatives.
• Partner with UX Design, Research, Engineering, and Product Management to align on goals and priorities.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure engagement and information flow.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
• Contribute to the operational success of the Design System team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
• Direct experience working with design systems.
• Solid experience working with UX teams on UI development.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Background or experience in UI design and/or branding.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with UX program management frameworks.
