Description

You will shape the visual aspects of online and offline mediums by translating requirements into impactful user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize visuals, prepare rough drafts, and present ideas based on design briefs.
• Apply principles of composition, color, typography, iconography, and texture to navigate multimedia experiences.
• Contribute to the creation of new design systems with creative direction.
• Test graphics across various media and amend designs based on feedback.
• Document and communicate specifications for digital and physical components to support multimedia production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX or visual design.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong command of design theory, including color, typography, and space.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Ability to apply human-centric design to usability challenges.
• Proven ability to balance aesthetic craft with strategic thinking and business impact.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for building consensus and managing ambiguity.
• Any Graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• 2D or 3D animation skills.
• Experience in agency or in-house design and innovation teams.
• Knowledge of interaction design, motion design, and behavioral science.
