Description

You will lead UX initiatives to help business customers manage their finances through cohesive digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects autonomously while collaborating with Experience Designers and the Lead to implement UX strategy.
• Create customer-centric experiences using decision trees, UI flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Manage stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.
• Work with delivery teams to ensure design assets and specifications meet technical requirements.

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of customer-centered design balanced with commercial acumen.
• Experience designing for complex, transactional interfaces across web, responsive mobile, and native apps.
• Proficiency in information architecture, task flow, and decision tree mapping.
• Ability to visualize solutions through sketching, white-board facilitation, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Experience using usability testing, behavioral data, or digital analytics to optimize designs.
• Proven ability to manage UX project delivery within an Agile framework.
• Strong communication skills for presenting designs and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and conceptual design skills for responsive web platforms.
