Description

Lead user experience design efforts by translating complex data insights into intuitive, visually engaging interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to define behaviors, needs, motivations, personas, and journey maps.
• Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Implement responsive user interfaces using CSS and integrate solutions with MicroStrategy development teams.
• Provide design guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong command of CSS and experience implementing designs in web development projects.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proven ability to create user flows, wireframes, and interface specifications for web or mobile applications.
• Experience with HTML and JavaScript.
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MicroStrategy or other BI tools.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
