You will design human-centered interactions across digital platforms and contribute to an omnichannel digital design system.

Responsibilities

• Craft intuitive interfaces and interactions for digital platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets and design systems.
• Collaborate with product teams, researchers, and developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Develop design playbooks and best practices to help grow the enterprise design function.
• Apply user research and testing methodologies to optimize designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of digital design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Expertise in responsive, mobile-first design, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience with Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of design systems and web standards.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, CSS-based design, and SDLC processes.
• Familiarity with REST services and software APIs.
• Ability to source and apply secondary research.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within general SDLC processes.
