Description

You will design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences through research, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
• Analyze research findings to build user personas, journey maps, and inform design decisions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate user flows and design concepts.
• Collaborate with the Director of User Experience and cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on testing.
• Maintain design documentation, including specifications, user flows, and style guides to ensure consistency.

Required Skills

• 10–12+ years of overall professional experience.
• 6+ years specifically in user experience design within a digital product environment.
• Proficiency in Figma and Sketch.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Illustrator.
• Strong ability to create detailed user flows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• A detailed portfolio demonstrating design work and rationale.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing financial software products.
• Exposure to integrating AI-driven solutions into UX design.
