Description

You will design user-centered interfaces and workflows for the product.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate business needs into user journeys.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to demonstrate product layout and functionality.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive style guide to ensure design consistency across the product.
• Conduct usability testing and partner with stakeholders to identify and bridge design gaps.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, and reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency with Adobe XD.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to create prototypes using tools such as Figma, InVision, Axure, Framer, or Principle.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Abstract for design version control.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for team communication.
