You will own the user experience strategy for complex financial products.

Responsibilities

• Think through complex features and flows, balancing user needs and business needs to simplify complexity.
• Establish a systematic interaction design language across all systems and platforms.
• Define and drive the future of the product experience from signup through long-term engagement for both customers and financial planners.

Required Skills

• 10+ years designing interfaces for complex digital experiences and applications.
• Demonstrated background in the financial/banking sector.
• Deep knowledge of visual design, user-centered design, brand development, and product assembly.
• Strong command of user research, concepting, flows, wireframes, and prototyping.
• Proficiency with design tools including Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, and Invision.
• Strong communication skills to advocate for the user perspective throughout the design process.
• Must have a strong online portfolio available for review.
