Description

You design and optimize user experiences for dashboard views and target analysis interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive dashboards and workflows that facilitate easy data interpretation and target analysis.
• Conduct user interviews and facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather qualitative insights and requirements.
• Develop detailed user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to guide design strategy and usability.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to align design outcomes with business objectives.
• Perform usability testing to validate design effectiveness and iterate based on user feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, specifically creating dashboards and data-driven interfaces.
• Proficiency with design tools including Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Proven ability to create user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Experience conducting user research and stakeholder interviews.
• Strong analytical skills to simplify complex data and workflows into usable layouts.
• Ability to present design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A portfolio showcasing dashboard designs and target analysis work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing UX for data visualization or analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with design systems and front-end development concepts.
