Description

You will own the user experience strategy for complex financial products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design complex features and flows that balance user needs with business objectives.
• Establish a systematic interaction design language across all systems and platforms.
• Define and drive the product experience from signup through long-term engagement.
• Advocate for the user perspective throughout the design process.

Required Skills

• 10+ years designing interfaces for complex digital experiences and applications.
• Background in the financial or banking sector.
• Deep knowledge of visual design, user-centered design, and brand development.
• Proficiency in user research, concepting, flows, wireframes, and prototyping.
• Strong command of Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, and Invision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong online portfolio available for review.
