You will design end-to-end user experiences for complex systems and workflows, simplifying intricate problems through strong systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive product and UX experiences across complex systems and workflows.
• Influence product and engineering decisions within cross-functional Agile teams.
• Apply sound judgment to integrate AI-powered tools into design work and team workflows.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate design rationale effectively.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience simplifying complex problems using systems thinking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile or similar delivery models.
• Ability to identify where AI adds meaningful value to user experiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing internal tools, operational platforms, or workflow-based systems.
• Background in financial services or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with platform-based ecosystems.
