Description

You design and implement intuitive user experiences for web, mobile, and chatbot interfaces, translating business requirements into technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into wireframes, mockups, user stories, and user journeys.
• Plan information architecture by organizing content and laying out application interfaces.
• Develop interactions and micro-interactions using front-end web technologies.
• Interface with business and IT teams to translate needs into technical requirements and application code.
• Execute quality unit tests and integration plans to validate that changes meet technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in User Experience (UX) design and development.
• 5+ years of experience with InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with responsive web design.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, jQuery, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Axure, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Java, Perl, XML/XSL, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of Agile software development practices.

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years of experience designing for enterprise-grade, large-scale web and mobile applications.
• Experience with conceptual user design for health insurance marketplaces or healthcare domains.
• Hands-on experience with Flash and Dreamweaver.
