Description

You will serve as the primary UX designer for high-visibility projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute user research and testing methods, including planning and facilitating workshops.
• Design and implement new features through information architecture, user flows, and wireframing.
• Develop detailed prototypes and conceptual designs using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with digital experience managers and stakeholders to manage design requests.
• Optimize content through copywriting, revising descriptions, and managing abstracts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe XD or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of web development patterns, standards, and accessibility.
• Technical knowledge of HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Experience analyzing research findings and articulating results to stakeholders.
• Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
• Comprehensive understanding of content management across web and social media.
• Excellent command of the English language and professional communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Technology.
