Description

You will take ownership of product areas, collaborating with PM and Engineering to translate complex problems into simple, elegant design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality UX designs based on first principles and data, meeting established deadlines.
• Present design rationale to stakeholders to build consensus and improve product experience.
• Plan, conduct, document, and present research findings related to assigned product areas.
• Work with UI and backend teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Facilitate teamwork across disciplines to achieve common product goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design for web applications.
• Strong interaction design skills focused on workflows within the user's context.
• Proficiency with Figma and/or Sketch.
• Experience across multiple design phases: interaction, visual design, and prototyping.
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for concise, effective interaction.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and focus design conversations on the user.
• Experience designing for complex domains, supported by a strong UX design portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction/UX design, or a Master’s degree in design with an engineering background.
