Description

You own product design areas, translating complex problems into elegant solutions through collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality UX designs based on first principles and data, meeting established deadlines.
• Plan, conduct, and present research findings to improve product experience and build stakeholder consensus.
• Work with UI and backend teams to ensure accurate execution of design specifications.
• Facilitate cross-disciplinary teamwork to achieve common product goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of user experience design experience for web applications.
• Strong interaction design skills focused on workflows within the user's context.
• Proficiency with Figma and/or Sketch.
• Experience across multiple design phases: interaction, visual design, and prototyping.
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing techniques.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and focus design conversations on the user.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for concise, effective interaction.
• Experience designing for complex domains, supported by a strong UX design portfolio.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction/UX design, or a Master’s degree in design with an engineering background.
