You will design and enhance user experiences across multiple digital platforms, with a focus on SharePoint customization and digital communications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize SharePoint sites to ensure usability and brand consistency.
• Create digital communication assets, including graphics, GIFs, animations, and video messages.
• Develop and manage automated email templates using workflow tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver accessible communications across all channels.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in design strategy, UX/UI, or digital communications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience with SharePoint site design and customization.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for web and email design.
• Knowledge of email automation tools such as Outlook or Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
• Ability to create dynamic multimedia assets like GIFs and basic video edits.
