You translate product concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that deliver intuitive user experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions for digital products.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions for core and new features.
• Take a user-centered approach, rapidly testing and iterating designs.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver design solutions.

Required Skills

• Three or more years of UX design experience.
• Expertise in UX software like Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and design thinking.
• Proficiency in planning and conducting user research, user testing, and A/B testing.
• Solid grasp of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
• Ability to apply UX design best practices efficiently.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Ability to clearly communicate design processes and solutions to teams and clients.
