Description

You will design intuitive user experiences by bridging the gap between product specifications and user psychology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct concept and usability testing to gather and integrate user feedback.
• Create user personas through research and data analysis.
• Define interaction models and evaluate their success.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes centered on customer needs.
• Collaborate with UI designers for implementation and communicate prototypes to developers.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as UXPin or Balsamiq.
• Experience with interaction design and information architecture.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Background in research and project management.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Proven problem-solving aptitude regarding usability and findability.
• Excellent communication skills.
