Lead user experience design by translating product specifications and user psychology into functional interaction models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct concept and usability testing to gather and integrate user feedback.
• Create user personas through research and data analysis.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes centered on customer needs.
• Define interaction models and evaluate their success metrics.
• Collaborate with UI designers and communicate prototypes to developers.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design project execution.
• Proficiency in design software such as UXPin or Balsamiq.
• Experience with interaction design and information architecture.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Background in user research and project management.
• Analytical approach to solving usability and findability problems.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen.

Preferred Skills

• Experience bridging design concepts with technical implementation.
